Dallas real estate developer, Ari Nessel, promises to make $1,000 in contributions a day for a year to help individuals and organizations working for community development.
Nessel founded the Pollination Project, a nonprofit, that awards $1,000 daily grants for 365 days in 2013. Nessel uses his own savings to fund the $365,000 in total grants.
