The Eastern West Virginia County Community Foundation is one of approximately 700 community foundations across the country—and 26 in West Virginia.

It is a tax-exempt public charity that allows people to establish permanent endowment funds within one large foundation, and offers an inexpensive, value-added way to be a philanthropist.
