The Santa Fe Community Foundation has received a three-year grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation totaling $3.11 million that will help close the health care gaps among the low income residents and minorities in New Mexico.
According to Brian Byrnes, president and CEO of the Santa Fe Community Foundation, there are differences in health care outcomes for people related to things like health care access.
