Bill Cox, current chairman of the Greater Bel Air Community Foundation, and founding chairman Don Young were congratulated by the Bel Air Board of Town Commissioners for their work with the Foundation.
The Foundation has raised massive funds for community projects in Bel Air and its surrounding areas. Bel Air Town Commissioner David Carey commends the two Foundation leaders for working "year round" to organize fundraising events and seeing to it that the raised money goes back to the community.
