The Greater New Orleans Foundation pursues to demolish an abandoned gas station on Lee Circle and construct a three-story building.
The new building will serve as the foundation's office headquarters and space for nonprofits. The additional space is also needed to accommodate the group's growing staff. The building's first floor will be used for running workshops, and will include space for lease by a for-profit or nonprofit business and a small retail operation such as a coffee shop.
