A recent webinar is hosted by edWeb.net and is hosted by Jenni Light, senior manager of insights and strategy for Cartoon Network; John Britt, writer and producer at Cartoon Network's Creative Group; and Chris Rettstatt, product manager at Wonder Workshop, a robotics company based in Silicon Valley.

The webinar emphasizes the importance of creating educational environments throughn storytelling. Storytelling pathways to a lesson create a connection between the student and the subject.

Also, according to the webinar presenters, injecting humor in robotic and coding activities can be effective strategies for making projects less intimidating for students.

Wonder Workshop and Cartoon Network partnered to use humor and storytelling to expose more students to technology.

The edWeb webinar is sponsored by Wonder Workshop.
