WSII is a student learning program designed to work with Philadelphia social enterprises and to advance "impact-smart" thinking among future business leaders.

The program design allows fellows to conduct their analyses with an understanding of the: scope and dimensions of the social and/or environmental issues; evidence for the effectiveness of strategies to address these issues; and risks and downsides associated with these various approaches.

According to the guest post column, working through impact analyses in the Accelerator has generated three key lessons: precision matters, risk profile matters, and clarity matters.
