Thanks to a subsidy from the federal government, Chico's Valley Contractors Exchange is one step closer to having its mobile construction truck up and running.
A grant from the Economic Development Administration, which is a division of the United States Department of Commerce, will allow them to launch and manage Hands-on Tools Mobile Construction Training, a project on which they've been working for many months.
