To that end, the Salt Lake City-based think tank is hosting the event, which it says will "inspire transformational thinking and paradigm-shifting design to spark the big-picture innovations that will scale investment in urgent, actionable solutions."

This year's theme: "A Paradigm Shift in Impact."
