LAS CRUCES >> The first Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico (CFSNM) forum dedicated to a new generation of nonprofit leaders brought together a variety of future leaders and touched on skills that will ultimately help the community. 27 discussed the trend of CEOs and executive directors retiring in the southern New Mexico nonprofit sector, and the great need to identify and prepare emerging nonprofit leaders to take on executive leadership roles.
