The UC Davis was awarded with a $1,485,000 grant by the Andrew W. Melon Foundation as a support for their seven-year research on humanities.
The grant will underwrite 4 research initiatives for three years. The grant will also enable the UC Davis Division of Humanities, Arts, and Cultural Studies to employ 4 recent doctorate graduates as visiting assistant professors, offer graduate student fellowships, and provide 24 more courses.
