Once again, the Wayne County Community Foundation provided free dictionaries to area third graders representing 5 public and 2 private schools.
In total, 321 Scholarstic Inc. dictionaries were presented. Funding for the project came from generous donors who had the option to include their name or a name of a loved one on the dictionary bookplate.
