Founded in 1999, the Delta Area Community Foundation is focusing on community development and educational objectives in Desha County and the surrounding area. With an active Board of Directors and a part-time executive director, we are in the process of establishing endowment funds, building the foundation, and awarding initial grants to meet community needs.
