Donor Development Manager (Philanthropy Manager)

Donor Development Manager (Philanthropy Manager) | Pro Bono Australia The Donor Development Manager (Philanthropy Manager) is responsible for leading income generating activities with a major focus on developing major gifts, and also spending time instigating a proactive bequest program. In this role you will:

Develop and manage the major donor program through research, relationship management, proposal development, pitching and development of donor products to attract, retain and grow the major donor income stream.
Liaise with the Direct Marketing Campaign Manager, to design and execute direct marketing strategies including appeals, donor care, and conversion activity.
Participate in events and donor engagement opportunities
Identify opportunities to grow relationships and income from bequests

About you
To be considered you MUST have:

Experience in fundraising or relationship management, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
A successful ability and track record soliciting large gifts from individual donors and managing relationships
Ability to balance the goals of Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation along with supporters to achieve the best outcome for both.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills demonstrated by a track record of achieving donation income and achieving prospect development targets.
