Community meeting scheduled for park grant application to receive comments on an application for matching grant funds from the NC Parks & Recreation Trust Fund.

Yadkin County may apply for NC Parks and Recreation Trust Fund matching grant funds up to $250,000 to assist with Phase 2 of Yadkin Memorial Park consisting of a primitive campground, restroom/shower facilities, an 18-hole disc golf course with parking and access road, expansion of existing trails, and a dog park.
