Beverly’s Ward 2 Civic Association wins grant award – News – Beverly Citizen – Beverly, MA In February, Beverly’s Ward 2 Civic Association was announced the recipient of a $2,000 value prize package to benefit building improvements at the GAR Hall on Dane Street.The “Find Your Fire” Community Grants contest was held by BernzOmatic, a nationally known handheld torch and accessories company, during January.The Ward 2 Civic Association’s idea for a building improvement project to accommodate broader community use caught the attention of the judges who selected it as a top 10 finalist from hundreds of national submissions.
