Local TD, Alan Farrell (FG) has welcomed the announcement that all local primary schools in the North County are to receive the Minor Works Grant for the 2016/2017 school year.
Farrell said, “I am pleased with the payment of the Minor Works Grant for the 2016/2017 academic year to every primary school in the North County. On this basis, 6,425 will be payable to a 50 pupil school, while over 11,000 will be received by schools with 300 pupils.
“I understand that each of the 54 primary schools in North County Dublin will receive their payments under the Minor Works Grant over the coming weeks.
