The Texas A&M Bush School of Government and Public Service has a new center focused on just that.

“Our focus will be on research, engaged learning and developing the capabilities of non-profit organizations,” said Kenneth Taylor, Texas A&M Bush School of Government Professor of Practice.

The continuation of internships and a deeper dive into research for students as well too that are going on to work within the public sector and non-profit organizations,” he said. “This is actually part of the strategy to deepen the scope and the national ranking of Bush School, particularly the non-profit management program,” Taylor added.

He says the center will help with things including best practices, working on business models and giving future leaders a better understanding of how board rooms and non-profits work.
