The mission of the Moline Foundation is to serve as a catalyst and leader in encouraging philanthropy and channeling resources to meet the needs of the Quad Cities and the surrounding area.

Access to opportunity is the key organizing principle of the foundation's work. The money raised from the public supports projects and programs that create opportunities for economic and social progress our neighborhoods and region.
