Founded by John P. and Tashia Morgridge. Mr. Morgridge is the former chairman of Cisco Systems. Tashia and John Morgridge have committed to The Giving Pledge, and have pledged to give away at least half of their wealth to philanthropy.

The foundation supports education, the environment, medical research, the arts, and human services.
