Grant Purpose - This grant will enable East Harlem Employment Service, Inc., to add job skill training to its nationally renowned attitudinal or soft-skill training program throughout its national program network. Mott funds will be used to assemble a group of national advisors to plan the development of a new fundraising arm to undertake paying for the significant cost of a skill building strategy. Mott funding will also support the preliminary research required to understand what form this fundraising arm should take.
