The small town of Montrose, Pa., is known for its Christmas spirit, and this year's event was no exception, reports the Times-Tribune. The town kicked off its holiday festivities with a tree-lighting ceremony on Nov. 4, and it's been a tradition for a decade, notes the Times-Tribune.
