"More than just a space, The Cannon Memorial will be an environment where innovation thrives."

That's the vision of the Houston-based co-working space, which opened its 39th location Monday in West Houston, the Houston Chronicle reports.

The Cannon Memorial is a partnership with real estate developer MetroNational, which has "long been recognized for offering exceptionally located, high quality, well-amenitized office space," says Anne Marie Ratliff, vice president of Asset Management at MetroNational, in a press release.

The Cannon Memorial features five meeting rooms, 39 furnished offices, a fully stocked kitchen, dedicated seating, lockable storage, and free parking in the attached garage.

"As we open the doors to our next innovation focused workspace, we couldn't be more thrilled to share this moment with our community," CEO Jon Lambert says in the press release.

The Cannon Memorial is open from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday and from 11am to 5pm on Saturday.
