Grant Purpose - This grant will provide general purpose support to Direct Action and Research Training Center, which is a training, consulting, and development center that supports a network of congregation-based community organizations in 22 cities across six states. The primary activities of the network include: 1) providing leadership training and development; 2) supervising and mentoring local organizers; 3) training and developing new professional community organizers; 4) creating new organizing opportunities; 5) consulting with newer organizations; and 6) providing guidance to troubled organizations.

Rivaayat is an initiative by Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi to revive various dying art form and solve innumerable problems faced by the artisans. Rivaayat began with reviving a 20,000-year-old art form of pottery that is a means of survival for 600 families residing in Uttam Nagar, Delhi.
