Grant Purpose - This grant to the Land Trust of Santa Cruz (the "Land Trust") will protect 189 acres of globally significant Sandhills habitat supporting a high concentration of endemic and rare species. The Land Trust has identified the highest value 700 acres of this unique habitat for protection and this grant will support the first acquisition, which targets the largest undeveloped parcel.
